Dunmanway: Every Friday in Dunmanway Community Hospital.
Morning Class: 10:00am -11:00am.
Skibbereen: Every Tuesday in West Cork Hotel.
Morning class: 09:30am - 10:30am.
Evening class: 6:00pm - 7.00pm.
Express weigh-in 12:30 -1:30pm
Clonakilty: Every Wednesday in O'Donovans Hotel
Morning class: 09.30am - 10.30am.
Evening classes 6:00 - 7:00pm
Express weigh-in 12.30 - 1.30pm
Bantry: Every Thursday in West Lodge Hotel.
Morning class: 10:00am - 11:00am.
Evening class: 5.30 - 6.30pm.
