We are based in our Scout Den on Renmore Avenue in Galway City, Ireland.
We were established in 1977 and are one of County Galway's largest scout groups.
We currently have over 100 junior members across our 4 junior sections - Beavers (6-8 years), Cubs (9-11 years), Scouts (12-15 years) and Ventures (15-18 years).
We also have 25+ adult members (Leaders). We welcome all enquiries from interested juniors or adults who might like to join the scouting adventure with our group.

Final day if the REC 3 course today. Another day of theory and loads of practical sessions.....
Day two of REC 3 is drawing to a close. A lot of tired Scouts venture and leaders. What a way to wrap up a long day with a night assessment..........
REC 3 1st aid course well on the way. The Course started last night and will continue until Sunday evening. Well done to the 11 ventures, 3 scouts working towards their chief Scout award and 8 leaders all getting stuck in.....

40th Anniversary Gala Dinner Celebration Renmore Scout Group is 40 years bringing a little bit of adventure to the kids of East Galway. Helping them make lifelong friends and memories. Calling all quiz enthusiasts, locals and anyone with a link to 13th Galway and scouting past, present or future. Table Quiz Fundraiser on Tuesday, February 7th 8.30pm sharp, for a great night of fun, questions and fundraising. The table quiz will be held in The Huntsmann Inn Tables are €40. Or individuals come along ang make a table on the night at €10 per person
Happy Birthday to all Cubs and Cub Scouters. To mark this special occasion our Cubs held a party and lit 100 candles. Our Scouts & Ventures came along to help them celebrate with the Cubs and all had an amazing evening.
