JFK – TERMINAL 7 CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMME!!! We’ve been notified by the JFK Terminal 7 programme that during the next phase of construction, from 22 June to end Jan next year, there is going to be a delay getting through security at JFK. This will affect all World Traveller and WTP customers on flights departing after 17.00hrs. We are advising customers to allow an extra hour at the airport to ensure that they reach their gate on time. There is also messaging going onto ba.com (JFK page and travel news), and into MMB. Please allow an extra hour when departing from New York JFK. We anticipate that it will take longer than normal to complete security screening at New York JFK Terminal 7. This is due to the terminal improvement works that are taking place. Please allow an extra hour at the airport to ensure that you reach your gate on time. We expect security screening at New York JFK Terminal 7 to take extra time from 22 June 2017 to early 2018. Please allow an extra hour at the airport to ensure that you reach your departure gate on time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the current redevelopment of the terminal.
