Cork sultan delight baklava is a wonderful treat. Baklava means many leaves and is created with phyllo dough to create multi thin layers of goodness filled with nuts, sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and grated lemon zest that is drenched in a special honey syrup. There are numerous variations of baklava, many a closely guarded secret passed down within families. Baklava is very rich and served in small portions and like all the other cork sultan delight products, it is hand-made with artisan craftsmanship. 100% natural. Freshly made: 4 week shelf life.
