#PancakeTuesday is almost upon us and we have 2 fantastic recipes for those of you who are going to indulge in our favourite tradition. #1 - The Healthy Option 40g Porridge oats 1/2 scoop of protein 1 Egg 120ml Water Blend all ingredients in a liquidizer, leave to settle and add to a hot frying pay. Use either FryLite or coconut oil to reduce the calory intake and top with the fruit of your choice. We love bananas. #2 - The Treat Yourself Option 100g of flour 1 Egg 1/2 pint of Milk Mix all ingredients well and add to a hot frying pan. Use some oil or butter to grease the pan. Top with the topping of your choice. Lemon and castor sugar is a classic but Nutella is a firm favourite too.
