Injury prevention I qualified from University of Limerick as a Pilates & Postural Correction Specialist Instructor with Honours. I have many years experience in the Health N Fitness Industry. I firstly served for 10 yrs in the Defence Forces where I trained as a Physical Training Instructor & Swim Teacher. I then qualified as a Personal Trainer, and now most recently as a Pilates Teacher.
