Planning or adapting to change in life or in business is a common challenge in today’s society. Many face the prospect of career change, retirement, business challenges or significant life adjustments. How we handle such events often defines what the years ahead will be like as it challenges us to look at life in order to assess our priorities, values and goals. Coaching, in both life and business, provides us with a structure to address change in an effective and clear manner. It empowers us to set new goals, clarify options and provide solutions to complex issues. These skills can be put to good effect in the workplace or in assisting others to look at a change in their own personal lives. Self-coaching is also a very effective tool that people use in their own lives in order to address change. In addition to learning a number of coaching skills, individuals will also be provided with an opportunity to see the benefits of coaching at a practical level by experiencing the coaching process in a structured and objective way. Full details of the course, along with details of the application process are available at https://www.ucc.ie/en/ace-sc0023/ Or you can call Regina Sexton at (021) 4904700 Please share with anyone who you feel might be interested in the course! Fantastic insight into how a champion can use a loss as a platform for improvement. You can see how much Coach Kavanagh values the information that can be taken from a defeat. Love the title of his new book btw 'Win or Learn'! #winbetterfailbetter #tw
