As the World Darts Championship gets underway a thought crossed my mind. Ever see somebody practicing darts for the first time, Everyone is focused on hitting the big 180 !! It reminded me of maybe somebody who is looking to get a big result next season... like Darts there is a big danger on focusing on getting big miles in. You can hit the 180 all day long but if you can't finish it off by hitting the double you'll never win..... so like darts in cycling you need to focus on your finish
