*TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY* 🔹5 WEEKS PROGRESS PICS🔹 Well done to Evan who progressed really well in such a short space of time considering his circumstances! Evan lost 8lb and 7 inches all round, losing most inches from his belly area which was his main goal!👏🏼 Here's a few words from the man himself 😄 "I started CM_Fitness with 5 weeks to go to my wedding. I wasn't expecting a huge change given the timeline but I definitely feel better and I can see changes in my shape. My first session was hard, I couldn't even finish it as I was eating the wrong foods, so my body was not prepared but I have completed every session since!! As the wedding was approaching I tried to stick to the food plan but it was hard given that we were having celebrations and meals out every week! I don't think I changed my drinking habit but now with my change I can see that once the honeymoon is over I'll be knuckling down to get even better results" Well done Evan! I hope you enjoy the wedding and honeymoon, I'm sure it's not the last we'll be seeing of you! 😊💪🏼

**TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY** Michael contacted me back in the beginning of March asking for a push in the right direction with regards to training as he wanted to look the best he could for his upcoming wedding in July. Michael did 1 session a week with myself as well as midweek cardio. He also completed the half marathon in Cork this June 👏🏼 Michael had his nights out and weekends away but he was always so motivated and pushed through each session. He stuck to his food plan throughout and it really paid off! In the 4 months Michael lost 7 1/4lb... Do not stress over the scales!! He is also down a massive 12 inches all round and he looks and feels amazing! Well done Michael, all your hard work has paid off. I hope you have a fab day at the wedding next week! Well deserved! 😄👏🏼
