The UCC Science Society was founded in 1989. Originally founded to help Class Reps organise events, the Society has since grown to become one of the largest Societies in UCC. The Society is responsible for representing all UCC Science students.

We started Jacques 30 years ago... Phew but i guess we still love it, still driven by food, by people. Its a good way to earn a crust . Over the years we have built up a great network of growers, farmers, cheesemakers & small wine suppliers
