You cannot multi-task presence. We are all so busy so when you make the effort to get to class, please do your best to be in the moment and pull all your focus into your body and the movement and the guidance of your teacher. Use your breath to pull yourself into the present and get the most out of the class. And just a reminder regarding smart watches and fitness trackers - PLEASE do not allow text or call notifications to distract you during class! If you are on call or need to have your phone with you for some reason, we absolutely get that and that is never a problem, otherwise, please ignore your watch until your last best breath of the day! #flexinthecity #pilatescork #barrecork

We suggest one of our New Client Starter Packs. You don’t have to decide straight away which one you would like to start with – book your first session and we can advise you from there. Q) I have done lots of Mat Pilates but never Reformer?
