These photos don't even do this progress justice what so ever. Hard work, High calories, Dropping serious body fat. Shift work including nights and different shift patterns can make weight loss or any goals a lot harder due to lots of reasons... last of sleep, lack of appetite, meals being rescheduled but you can always make it work when you want something bad enough. The new year is going to be very exciting after we've set out goals and targets 💪🏼

What do I do in the new year once all the drinking, eating and celebrating is done ???? Are you asking yourself this question ? ➖➖➖ Do I hire a PT ? Do I start a strict diet plan ? Do I start running again even thought it hurts my knees and I'll end up injured by February ? ➖➖➖ Me being a personal trainer and making nutrition plans up for clients I should defiantly tell you "yes you need a trainer and yes you need to start a diet straight away" Sign up right now!!!!!! ➖➖➖ No you don't!!! ➖➖➖ What you need to do is write out a few mini goals... have a few small targets, be it a few pounds down, feel better, get into your size 12 clothes again or just feel healthier... This works... writing your goals down makes them real and makes you work towards them. ➖➖➖ Targeting a higher water intake everyday 3L. Not getting any takeaways all of January. Having a zero alcohol policy for January. Do some form for exercise EVERYDAY. ➖➖➖ Yes everyday A walk is exercise... I'm not telling you you'll need 1 hour of lifting heavy weights and 30 minutes on the Crosstrainer everyday... ➖➖➖ I'm telling you EXERCISE... It's good for your body and your mind.... ➖➖➖ You will feel more productive You will feel like your achieving something You will feel better.... ➖➖➖ Try fitness classes with a friend Try walking with a friend Try going to the gym with a friend ➖➖➖ PRODUCTIVITY.... Be proactive... little changes everyday can go along way.... GRIDIRON GYM CLASSES 🏋🏼 Bootcamp / total body conditioning Starting date ⬇️⬇️⬇️ MONDAY 23rd October 7:15 pm And WEDNESDAY 25th October 7:15 pm ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ TUESDAY 24th October 9:15 am And Thursday 26th October 9:15 am (I'm willing to swap the Tuesday and Thursday 9:15 AM class for a later time of 9:30 if it suits parents after dropping their kids to school) ➖➖➖➖ INFO : First come first serve. I'm not holding any places for anyone. ➖➖➖➖ Signing up will need a commitment of 4 weeks, 8 classes back to back. You'll choose either the PM or AM class which ever suits your schedule. ➖➖➖➖ By picking the 2 PM classes means you must be available for both nights and by picking the AM classes you must be available for both mornings. ➖➖➖➖ I won't be running these as pay as you go classes. Hi everyone, so I have my phone sorted since breaking it when I was away. Apologies for not being able to contact clients and reply to messages people have sent in with enquiries about personal training and classes starting up. I'm back personal training next Monday 25th. I will be in touch with everyone and answer back to every message by the end of the day. More good news 😀 Extension at GridIron Gym is almost done and will be ready for fitness classes as soon as I'm home from holidays 😀 October 2nd I'll be running Bootcamp classes x 2 a week And Total body conditioning class x 2 a week 🙌🏻 More photos to follow at the end of the week when it's finished 😀 I'll be taking bookings for classes over the next few weeks and I'll be giving everyone plenty notice and plenty information over the next week or two as to how you can sign up😀 Happy Tuesday 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
