Weekly Blues Dance Class followed by Social Blues Dancing in Cork City. Here at Rebel Blues we are passionate about Blues :) Our mission is to bring the joy of Blues Dance to the people of Cork. If you are interested in learning a new style of dance, learning to dance to varied tempos of music or quite simply can't get enough dancing in your life then come join us! We offer a weekly Blues Dance Class "Bitesize Blues" followed by our weekly Social Dance upstairs at James Street 1767 (near the Courthouse on Washington St.). Hope to see you soon for a dance :)

BITESIZE BLUES When: Thursday: Class 7:30pm Where: James St 1767 (Upstairs) Who: Anyone (beginner+) Format: Weekly progressive learning within modules of approx 3-5 weeks. How much: €8 drop-in price, or €35 for 5 classes (€7/class) or €60 for 10 classes (€6/class) **************************************** THIS WEEK: Catch and Release! With Mike and Yvonne :) **************************************** Blues Dancing should come with a joyous warning label - 'Highly infectious and addictive!' Mike and Yvonne learned the joy of dancing the blues at international workshop events. Last class, together we created some wierd and wonderful alien babies. They were born out of nothing but cosmic dust, environmental gases, and the (dubious) love of two (or three) blues dancing parents! The luckier ones were named, and were fed on the likes of sushi and marshmallow jellybeans.... the unlucky ones weren't even christened! What we learned: 1) Apparently Pat just turned 30 (Happy birthday!) 2) Adrian is capable of leaving a string of fatherless children behind him 😂 3) While having an alien offspring can help with your blues close embrace connection, it won't make you a better parent.... :p So long Baby Groot, Baby Malcom, Baby Violet and the Lost Boys, who were all abandoned at the intergalactic crèche!! :( :(
