It's new, it's official, South East Asia Society is in UCC! We bring a bit of home back to the sea students and some diverse cultural banter to the rest. Basically, banter aside, we are here to bring a bit of home back to the southeast asian students while, at the same time, spreading the diversity and richness of our culture and heritage in UCC,
We are kick starting our year with a great movie night at Brookfield G10, this Friday, the 18th of Sept @6pm local time. It's a Thai martial arts film with eng subs of course. If you're a Muay Thai fan and even if you're not one yet, drop by, mingle around, keep calm and watch the film.
Then we are following on with our first ever AGM on the following Monday, the 21st of Sept, also in Brookfield, G04 @6pm local time. Positions up for grabs are Secretary, PRO, OCMx2, First yr rep.

Dublin SEA Sports Day (In collaboration with UKEC)
Hey everyone! As was described in the poll previously, UCD and DUSEAS are hosting a UCD Malaysian Night (Friday, 24th Feb) and a SEA Sports Day (Saturday, 25th Feb) next weekend! And you could just attend 1 event if only one of them piques your interest! UCC SEASoc is organising transport, accommodation and the teams, plus we're getting subsidy from the Societies' Guild. Ireland Regional Collaborative Event
Hey guys! The UKEC and SEA societies around Ireland and Northern Ireland are planning a collaborative event on 24th February in Dublin. This event involves a inter-university sporting competition (with games like basketball, badminton, ultimate frisbee, etc) and a dinner.
