We are a Physical Therapy Clinic specialising in treatment and rehabilitation of Injuries and conditions, postural assessment, Orthopedic Massage,and Treatment, Maintenance and prevention of sporting Injuries. At Elite Physical Therapy Clinic, we deal with everything from sprains and strains, to post surgical rehabilitation.
Having studied in Cork, with both The Irish Institute of Physical Therapy, and completing Colaiste Stíofáin Naofa's ITEC Sports Injury Programme. Further to this, I studied with the Center for Pain Managment in Dallas, Texas, becoming the first Irish therapist to certify in Myofascial Orthopedic Pain Managment, or Orthopedic Massage. I also have taken many seminars and courses, so I keep adding more new and effective 'tools to my toolbox' and update my clinical skills.
This is a PAIN FREE, multi-disciplinary, and overall Holistic approach to treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of a very wide variety of injuries and conditions, from sprains and strains, to long term conditions like Frozen Shoulder, to Chondromalaica Patella, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This pain free model is now being widely used and with over 7 years experience, we are seeing some fantastic results.
