Learn to massage your baby and reap the benefits. Group and private classes available. My name is Sinead and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, Certified infant massage instructor and mum of 2 little girls. I run small classes at my home in relaxed, comfortable environment. I have a great appreciation of the benefits that baby massage can have in promoting wellbeing in both you and your baby. During the course you will also learn how to adapt strokes as your child grows and develops which has numerous benefits for your child's emotional social and physical development.
The full course is 5weeks where we will cover massage strokes for the full body, discuss benefits, bonding, communication, sleep, relaxation and lots more Classes end with chat over cuppa and healthy home baking. The 5week course costs 125euro.
Private sessions also available and one off sessions for colic. Massage oil and handouts included in the price. You can also claim up to 100euro back on selected policies.
