** MONDAY MOTIVATION ** Our lovely client has just completed 4 months out of her 6 month fat loss program. Her initial goal was to loose fat as she wanted to feel comfortable in a bikini for her holidays in May 👙 She has completely smashed that goal as she’s off on holidays today 😃👏🏽 She is down a total of 22 pounds, 6% body fat, 5.25 inches from her waist and her metabolic age went from 52 down to 36. This girls work ethic has been absolutely fantastic and her results reflect that 🙌🏼 A massive well done and enjoy the holidays!! ☀️☀️☀️
