Wow.. Words can not describe how happy i am right now! Thank you all for the support you have given me all the way through to the this stage. It has been amazing. I really mean that. All i visioned was this picture right here. Me, with the Irish flagged drapped around my shoulders with a big smile on my face. The icing on the cake is the trophy in my hand. I hope this picture will inspire you to out and chase your dreams, dont let nothing or no one stop you from achieving your goals, not even your own demons that creep into your mind from time to time. #TerryBlogUpdate We are at the halfway point now, what is the biggest you have learned about yourself so far? When I first came to ya I was playing all sports from hurling/football/soccer and gym 4 mornings a week and it all came to a stop all of a sudden and I got lazy and that led to not cooking dinners and lunches and relying on hot counters and chippers, Iv learned from that experience just cause you can't train doesn't mean you can't cook and still eat healthy and I mightn't have put on so much weight so fast and my god it's a lot harder to shake them pounds off now, I'll get where I want to be with ye in no time, come January now they be all back looking for the beach body but after they see my transformation they be asking for the terry body 💪😂 #corksno1

I have also realised how important eating enough food everyday is too. Balancing enjoying my social life and the gym has been the hardest one but i am doing it and very proud of that 😊. #corksno1
#PeterBlogUpdate We are at the halfway point now, what is the biggest thing you have learned about yourself so far? Biggest thing I have learned about myself so far I think would have to be the huge difference adding exercise and a proper diet can make to everyday life. Ok maybe not being stiff and sore from the weights ha ha but that all passes after the first week or two. Clothes start to fit better. You have more energy and if I'm honest the I seem to be in better form in general. I was afraid at the beginning that I wouldn't be able to stick to the training schedule or food plan but once you get into the routine then your flying it. I'm delighted to be back in the gym again and looking forward to the next 4 weeks to see what that brings.#corksno1
