Our Homemade Beef Stroganoff☝️ We use featherblade steak for our Stroganoff. A small muscle found in the shoulder, it seems to be becoming more and more popular in restaurants. Perfect for this dish as it packs a beautifully sweet meaty flavour and it's perfectly tender👌 Paired with fresh mushrooms and onions and a classic mushroom and pepper sauce, this is perfect for a midweek dinner 🍽

The Pulled Pork Burger🙌 Prime minced beef, smokey pulled pork and BBQ sauce👌 Two juicy burgers topped with a generous helping of marinated pulled pork. Our Lamb Kofta Burgers with Apricot & Coriander 👌 Beautiful minced lamb, a blend of cumin, coriander, garlic and paprika, diced Apricot and finished off with some chopped fresh coriander leaves. A lovely eastern flavour with no serious amount of heat. The small amount of Apricot brings a sweetness to this burger and the fresh coriander gives it that fresh zingy kick.😋 These are actually fantastic in a pitta with some leaves and garlic mayo or even jalapeño relish🙌 You can get 7 for €10 all this week for #corkburgerfestival 👍 Festival Cork

Our Smoked Bacon & Carrigaline Cheddar Burgers👌 Prime minced beef, beautiful chunks of smoked bacon and the most perfect dotting of cheddar cheese.
