last year I took a little break from competing ..not really by choice but defualt .. i was still riding mostly working on dressage for the whole year !!!! Probably SOO much needed anyways .. But been really nice as iv been out riding some peoples horses all very able and talented .. and I hope I get to ride some more .. Likely to even get back to being paid to ride !:) Last year .. I was working on my BODY ... Due to whole year training my body .. im now even better rider and even better Coach .. How can your coach tell you how to get a muslce working if they nver have done it before ?? Did you ever think like that ? I see soooo many terrible riding ways even at high levels due to lack muscle incorrect posture and old injuries restricting the mobility .. it all can be chnaged !!! Would you like to ride better .. more free .. more skill .. more confidence :) ? Would you like your horse to receive one to one riding work with myself ? I nearly call it equine riding therapy .. being a energy worker .. I have sensitivity most rider lack .. this has always been my way to connect with horses . Reading and gaging the nergy .. where its going how it is .. this is also why im happy to work with crazy horses :) Not casue im brave its cause we have more understanding of eachother .. more communication .. understanding of TRAUMA .. PAIN .. that most riders IGNORE and say the word LAZY , I hear that word ALOT !!! :) ... its a horse imprint .. I kow as being a mover myself (dance /acrobatics ) that the right enviment i can achieve alot more .. in the right saflty feeling i can achieve much more .. when i know im truley supported i can reach another level .. when i know the one is teaching me knows i have more confidence .. the right encouragment .. i grow and absorb more .. with the right work my body gets stronger and no injury and supple same time .. with the right mind i can achieve anything .. this is how i see HORSES too .. TENSION >> will get you nowhere FEAR will restrcit you .. reconsider how your coach or yourself is with your horse !
