Teachers (of all ages babies to adults) who feel the need to SHOUT.......IT DOES NOT WORK. Give respect you will get respect. This has been my experience as a teacher of all ages. Don't scare your students. There are lots of people that will do that in the future. Encourage them. Show them their potential. Most importantly teach them to believe in themselves and to stand up for themselves. Be kind teachers. Remember you are teaching behavior. I love this footage. Please share and inspire
