At Ard Na Laoí Montessori School, our aim is for each child to have the freedom to grow in their own way and learn by experience. All the emphasis is placed on the individual child.
Ard Na Laoí Montessori School is organised in such a way as to give children the opportunity to choose Montessori materials and the length of time they wish to work with them, in a carefully prepared environment.
Ard Na Laoí caters for young children from the age of 2 and a half right up to 6 years of age.
There is a purpose built school-playground on location for children to play in a safe, fun and caring enviroment. Children can enjoy the fun of crafts, music, speech and drama and many more activities in school.
The sessions include a weekly sSpeech and Drama class given by a qualifed Speech and Drama teacher. This allows children to develop the speech skills for the future.
Ard Na Laoí Montessori School is accrediated by the Irish Montessori Education Body (IMEB) under the Department of Education and Science.
