We are flat out on detailed design of the Hanging Gardens project in Limerick. This interesting site includes a number of protected structures, including the remnants of a bonded warehouse that supported the original Roches Hanging Gardens. There is also a brand new workspace building on the corner, a "nama'ed" office building to be clothed in a glass skin, the whole held together by a marble hall and gardens for the workers. An eco friendly A3 rating is the target performance.

Our project in Dominick St Dublin is a major regeneration project in the heart of Dublin. We are working on this in joint venture with Denis Byrne Architects whose office is strategically located (around the corner from the site!) Ministers Coveney, O Donoghue, the Lord Mayor and the determined local residents all attended the sod-cutting on June 29th.
