This will be an opportunity to hear one of Cork's finest musicians perform and talk about this important instrument. The harp is an instrumental constituent of Ireland’s cultural heritage. As the oldest musical tradition in Ireland, and perhaps in Europe, the Irish harping tradition has undergone many transformations and tribulations throughout the centuries.
