Please remember making an enquiry about a cake, looking for a price or asking similar questions is not making a booking! If I've got back to you with options and prices and I hear nothing back from you to confirm or decline I will not chase the order. I get lots of enquiries re: prices, design and availability and I spend many hours replying including photos, options on sizes, flavours and designs..........I regularly hear nothing back and while this used to cause me much distress in the early days of my business I've learnt that it's just an aspect of this business I have to accept. While this post may sound like I'm having a long rant it's not the intended purpose.......I genuinely hate to disappoint people saying no to an order is something I hate to do. I am so thankful to all my customers for placing such trust in me to create cakes for occasions that you hold so dear. I am blessed to have many customers that have been with me since the beginning of this journey....I do not take your loyalty for granted, I am always investing in skills and equipment so I can continue to create a cake that will impress you. I am thankful for every enquiry that's made and I will reply to the best of my ability on the information given to cater for your needs and budget with options on design, flavours and size. I have had to turn down orders and disappoint people to frequently recently .......this is the hardest thing aspect of the business.....I am a one man show enquiries, ordering supplies, baking, decorating, the washing up I tackle alone......There are only so many hours in a day and I wish to continue to create beautiful cakes taking on more than I can handle will mean the level of attention I can give to each order will slip and that's not something I am prepared to do. Happy 40th Sandra I love this one....it's a simple cake but it packs a punch! I've airbrushed it a graduated blue with a lustre finish and added a wafer paper flower to grow up the design a little. The sentiment behind the design caught my attention straight away, power puff girls rock!
