Time to relax & treat yourself to something yummy - whether it's smoked salmon , a delicious homemade quiche , some of Toms tasty salads or the really fresh carrots from Ballintubber farm - it's all there every Friday at our dinky but lovely market in the promenade 10 till 1 !

Morning it's a lovely spring morning ! Great chance to bring the kids down for pancakes from Tom or a yummy hot chocolate from Truly Scrumptious & choose your lovely fresh veg from Ballintubber farm or some yummy Hedermans smoked salmon ! All grown or produced in east Cork !!

Morning !! Wow ! Where did this week go , can't believe half term is nearly over ! Why not nip into the Cobh farmers market for a Friday treat - Tom is making fresh crepes today & Truly scrumptious will be there with their delicious coffee & cakes !! So everyone should be happy - market , playground , coffee & pancakes happy days !!!!!
