An Dorchadas from WhiteGypsy Brewery Templemore tapped. One to sip and savour. Winter is here and the Darkness has arrived. This barrel aged stout has been a long time in the planning and making and it's arrival has been worth the wait. This is a wonderful dark colour with a lasting tan head. The aroma is of roasted wood and dark fruit. The flavour is well balanced, medium tartness and somewhat bitter. It had good body with a smooth yet carbonated feel. Fisheye by ConWexBex designs
