Mother and baby yoga is a great way to bond with your baby while getting back in shape. Yoga poses to strengthen the core area and restore strength after pregnancy. Also helps relieve tension in neck, shoulders and back. Class includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that help replenish lost energy. Very social class, lovely way to meet other local moms!
