Finding yourself awake due to the sweet symphony of mother nature ? Might as well be enjoying yourself by attending an early morning yoga class - this morning at Klona Kilty Keltic KungFu Kundalini Yoga we'll enter bliss by doing Kundalini Yoga for the Lymphatic System thereby boosting the immune system. Only an hour (7.30-8.30AM) - it will be over w before u know it !!

The annual massive Christmas holiday sale has been extended to the end of December. At least 20% off all passes - 5 or 10 class passes and unlimited classes passes - 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. As usual, lifetime and next lifetime passes r available. Additionally, introducing this year - a second lifetime from now pass !! The clock doesn’t start ticking on a pass until the first class is attended. Even at regular prices the passes r an incredible bargain. Please text or call 086-301-4428 or message Jeff Gonet for more info or to arrange payment and pass pick up or delivery. Pass prices will increase slightly in January - so this will b the last time prices will b this low. Please note : Passes r valid for Jeff’s regularly scheduled weekday classes (nine per week). Weekend workshops not included. Beach classes not included UNLESS the beach class replaces a regularly scheduled class. Not transferable (Not for re-sale on Done Deal !!) in case u r wondering - the 7.30am class is ON - it's not as bad as it sounds out there - and it's WARM - 11 plus degrees

Tomorrow’s (tue jul 17) beach yoga classes WILL B HELD INSIDE AT THE STUDIO instead. The morning class is 10-11.30AM, the evening class is 6.30-8PM. Additionally, there will no longer b any monday morning classes at the beach (except for aug 6 - a holiday). Thx ! sunny regards - jeff - unity yoga
