Description
100% is a fitness, health and sports performance gym. I design personal training programmes based on either strength, muscle-mass, fat loss or sports specific conditioning. 100% is different because every client is thoroughly analysed, tested and questioned on their own personal goals and aims before taking part in any programme. The gym is not based around membership where you drop in and train aimlessly, but instead based around results, setting goals and achieving them faster than anyone else. Once I establish your aims, we'll work as hard as we possibly can on achieving 6 week targets on the road to you, both looking and feeling at your best, 100%.

Before and Afters #6 • Dave owns and runs an incredibly successful business. Dave has 2 kids and a wife. (at the time fiancé) Dave came to me with the intention of getting in shape for his wedding. I think it's pretty safe to say he accomplished that. He accomplished a lot more than that, Dave learned to switch off and wind down from his work. This is a man who worked 60,70+ hours a week and still "found time" to get into phenomenal shape. Please don't use the excuse of, not having time to go to the gym. It's bullshit and it doesn't work with us. Come in, work hard, be consistent, lift weights, track calories and you will get results! This took Dave around 20 weeks to achieve, he dropped over 8kg of fat and gained around 4kg of muscle tissue. Please everybody be more like Dave. • #Coach Cian.

The Chemistry of Coaching ❤️ -No, this isn’t an advanced science lesson. Yesterday was the day of love and since it was all over our social media’s why not get in on the act? Is there love between a coach and client? 😍 I definitely think so. Not the unconditional kind of a family member or significant other. More the love of a tribe or sports team. The tough love. -Tough love has many ingredients. One of which is honesty. Something sorely lacking in the fitness industry. “I eat well 70% of the time why can’t I lose weight?” Because you eat crap 30% of the time. Trainers seem to find it hard to be honest with clients. I don’t know how many people have came to me asking will the get in shape doing spinning, TRX or Bodypump. No, you won’t. It’s not nice to hear? That you’ve been eating too much junk or wasting a lot of your training time. But I’m afraid you won’t improve in either situation without that honesty. -Were also known for being hard on clients. Before & Afters #5 • @trev_collins .. Started working with Trevor online last January for 12 weeks and this was the result. In those 12 weeks Trevor got leaner while his body weight went up 2kgs by the end and was consuming 3500 calories. • He’s a bit of a freak, was already in decent condition, just wanted to take his body to the next level and that he did. He trained hard, ate and recovered appropriately and followed instructions every week to the tee. • I started off the year with one goal and that was to get into proper shape. I was a frequent gym go-er but was beginning to get kind of bored with what I was doing so that's why I reached out to Dave and from the day I asked about starting a programme he has been extremely helpful in all areas. TRAINER THOUGHTS 💡 • Are you training hard enough? • If you are brand new to weight training, this post isn't going to be as relevant to you. However pay attention. If you've been training for more than 6 months-1 year then listen up. • I watched a video the other day(I won't mention any names) but it sparked this thought. Are you really training hard enough? Have you ever asked yourself that question? If you've only been training a short period of time, in my experience you don't need to train that "hard" you will still make progress and achieve pretty awesome results from just training consistently 3-4 times a week and making changes to your nutrition. • But if your gone past that beginner stage, this is where you need to really ask yourself this question. Are you just going through the motions whilst in the gym, getting through the session, getting it done with no real intensity. If that's you, it's okay. I've been there, we've all been there. Trainer thought 💭 - When you think about it, it’s crazy and kinda funny we compare ourselves to others at all. After all, you will never know as much about someone else as you do about yourself. No one but you knows all your history. All the good, bad, challenges and experiences.. everything. You may think you know your best friend but really you only know a tiny fraction of their story.. so how could you even compare yourself to them? The only person you can objectively compare yourself to is YOURSELF. If you can be a minuscule fraction better than who you were yesterday consider yourself winning. Be proud of that. - This is huge when it comes to the people inside our walls at 100%. We acknowledge everyday that our clients are coming in working on themselves to be better than they were before. Before and after #4 This is one of my favorite results I’ve ever had because it only took 8 weeks, the diet wasn’t at all intense or restrictive and Stevie @donnellan95 certainly knew how to train hard. “The above pictures where taken just 8 weeks apart, they where achieved taking part in the group sessions 4 times a week for about an hour with Kevin. After an initial consultation and bio print a programme was put in place along with some dietary guidelines.Id like to point out that my diet wasent boring and being in college at the time I did enjoy my nights out.
