AFTERSCHOOL PRACTITIONER POSITION This job requires the employee to work part time hours in our Afterschool which runs from 1.20 - 6.30, Monday to Friday for 38 weeks to coincide with school calendar. Every employee is required to complete a garda vetting form and Children First e-learning programme. September start. Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Be capable of assisting children with their homework * Show a kind and caring attitude towards children and colleagues * Develop a trusting relationship between children and parents * Promote and maintain a happy and relaxed environment * Ensure high standards of care is provided * Ensure good standard of hygiene within the environment * Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned * Be familiar with and follow policies and procedures of Hopscotch Afterschool. We had a great afternoon out bowling to say goodbye to our 6 gorgeous 6th class buddies! They have been a brilliant group to have in Hopscotch and we will really miss them. Thank you to Base Entertainment Centre for the fab pizzas and for having us!! I'm just a little bitter that I didn't win, who knew June was such a good bowler!! 🤪🤪

To register for the fantastic new National Childcare Scheme that is starting in October 2019, you must have a public services card. It's a great idea to get moving on this now so that we can hit the ground running in October when the new government funding scheme is launched. Please talk to Julie for further information on this!
