  I have been passionate about health and fitness my whole life and through years of intensive studies, training and experience I now give one to one personal training sessions and fitness classes to people of all fitness levels. No matter how great you feel the challenge is for you to lose weight, build muscle or get fitter and healthier I can provide the tools and training needed for you to achieve your goals.

Morning all, Wednesday workout time again. Nice heart raiser this one. We are going to have two different super sets this time : 1️⃣ Heels elevated squats 2️⃣ Squat tucks 30seconds on both exercises no rest in between rounds & 3 rounds. 🏐🏐GAA Pre season & Strength and conditioning 🏐🏐 🔸Meet Mark, Mark approached me late November with the plan to get bigger, stronger, faster and be more of a physical presence on the field ▪️We chatted and put a plan together, we knew he would be going back in with the club with a structured plan of action so we decided to focus on his strength so it could be developed further going into the football season 🔸As a result he gained 6kg in body weight and as you can see below is in way leaner condition now 💪🏻 And has had a great increase in strength over the 6 weeks 🏋🏻 ▪️Here's what he had to add I approached Alan looking to improve my strength, overall physique and to keep active in general during the winter months. Mullahoran, DCU & and Cavan inter-county footballer @aishlingsheridan showing that you can balance your nutrition and weight training to improve performance and obtain your desired body goals Since working with Aishling with her strength and conditioning and help adapt her nutrition accordingly, we have conquered many hurdles biggest being how to fuel her body efficiently as an athlete she had to learn food is fuel and replenishment and nourishment is key combined with adequate sleep to keep improved performance , then tapering her calorie intake and training to prepare her for intense competition with DCU and going forward into her session with Cavan All off which she listened to all advice given and took things in her stride ... and is continuing to progress week in week out 💪🏻 Here's what she had to say about it herself ...
