Hi folks😊, here is a quick/easy/low cal Banana snickers bar recipe you could try at home. Really yummy and a much healthier option. It would be a great post workout out snack as its high in good carbs,fats and proteins.. This batch makes 8 and you can leave them in freezer and take as you need them. Approximately 60cals each !!! 2XBananas 3XTablespoon of Peanut butter(crunchy or smooth) 2X Tablespoons of honey 20g mixed nuts . I used cashews and roasted pecans😍 200g Dark chocolate (use Vegan,dairy free for vegan options) Method is in comments😊.

What a fantastic weekend at the carrickmacross Arts Festival. I was very nervous about having my first Artisan stall but it was an amazing experience!
