My name is Benita Lennon and I'm a Certified Personal trainer and Fitness/Group Instructor. My passion and goal is to help you achieve and improve your fitness and health goals through cardio and strength training as well as incorporating flexibility and stretching excercises.  I cater to individuals with different levels of physical fitness - beginners and advanced levels. I also work one-to-one with clients to develop personalized fitness plans.

Brand new Aerotone!! Aerotone is a combination of cardio and toning exercises! The first half is Step aerobics and the second half focuses more on performing simple resistance exercises using weights.....which helps increase lean muscle ;) Every Thursday morning in Carrigaline Court Leisure Centre 9:30am-10:30am starting 6th October with Benita!!

Hello Everyone! Its that time of the year :) summer time and you all know what that means - to get you in shape and ready for the warm season!!! I'm holding an INDOOR BOOTCAMP CLASS in Carrigaline Educate Together school, Kilnagleary Business Park on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:45pm - 6:45pm starting 16th May, 2016 for 7 euro. This class will be catered to beginners and advanced levels of fitness, so please do not hesitate to try it out. it will focus on weight loss, toning and an overall full body workout. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring along a towel and water. I understand that taking the first step to fitness can be daunting and that's why I'm here to help you along the way.
