From our 4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Courses and 4 Week Growing Mindfulness Courses to One-2-One sessions. Whichever course you choose you will learn how to use the key elements of mindfulness. You will have the skills and toolkit to better manage stress and anxiety along with a greater sense of ease and wellbeing.
The aim of each course is to give you the participant an opportunity to practise mindfulness and gain an understanding of how mindfulness can “re-sculpture” the brain to better manage stress and enhance wellbeing.
