Our member Blarney Wellness Centre of Ashdale House will be celebrating it’s 2nd anniversary this September. The centre is run by psychotherapist Bethan O’Riordan and Clinical reflexologist & yoga teacher Pat Murphy. With a combined experience of over 30 years, Pat and Bethan offer their respective therapies including psychotherapy, counseling, parenting groups, clinical and orthopedic facial and foot reflexology as well as baby reflexology & massage classes for parents. Find out more about from our member Cork CPC Training. The CPC stands for Certificate of Professional Competence in the transport industry. All drivers wishing to drive professionally must do one days training every year to keep their Driver CPC. The training is in seven hour blocks which you must do in one day. The training covers areas such as road safety, environmental driving and issues involving the health and well being of professional drivers. It does not involve a driving test or assessment.Jim Mulcahy is the main trainer and started the business ten years ago, he is a qualified motor mechanic and lectured on mechanics and was a Fireman and officer for 33 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and real life experience to his courses.
