Hope everyone is having a lovely day. Just to let everybody know that the South Offaly Special Olympics Club are starting back tonight at 7pm - 8pm so the swimming pool will be closed. The gym and aerobic studio will still be open to the public. They will be using the pool every 2nd week from on.

Starting from the 6th September, here is what starting: Monday - 7pm Circuits 8pm Spinning (10 places max) Tuesday - 7.30pm Private Booking 8.30pm Beginner Spinning (10 places max) Wednesday - 8pm Fitness Pilates Thursday - 7pm Spinning (10 places max) 8pm Body Conditioning All classes are up front payment. Members €42.00 Non-Members €48.00 Classes cannot be carried over to following set.

What a great turn out for the Swim Gala yesterday. Everyone gave it there all in the swims. Hope everyone had a great time and enjoy themselves. We all hope to see everyone again at the next Swim Gala. From all of us at Birr Leisure Centre, thanks for coming and making it a day to remember.

Thanks to all that came along to our Water Awareness Evening that was held last Friday and last night. I hope everyone got something useful out of it. I would like to thank the staff behind the scenes that helped out with sitting up and clearing down the room afterwards.
