In that regard we have invested in a new 4500sq.ft. purpose designed facility where all our administration, and operations are being centralised and where our expert technical staff will maintain all our tools and specialised equipment.

Treepro employs 25 people and is adding to its workforce in the near future. We use rigorous recruitment and selection policies to ensure that all potential candidates are evaluated for the key characteristics of safety, work excellence and performance so that they fit into and add to the company’s existing culture and 25 year track record in these three business and customer critical areas.

This approach means that we have perhaps the highest retention rate of skilled and technical tree workforce in the country. This reservoir of knowledge and its application continually expands with the implementation of our ongoing comprehensive annual employee education, training and development programme.
