At Fianna our main focus when training is to ensure our members can enjoy their life to the fullest outside of the gym. We train so that our members can live pain free, avoid disease and play football with their grandchildren when their older.
COMMUNITY
At Fianna we make sure to support each other through tough workouts and tough moments in life. We workout together and go out together. When you become a member here you are not just joining a gym, you are joining a community and our hope is that we can help you both inside and outside of the gym.

On the 20th of September, Puerto Rico suffered through one of the worst hurricanes in its recent history, Hurricane Maria. The island, home to 3.4M people, needs our help. 85% of the homes in Puerto Rico still do not have electricity and most still do not have running water. Hospitals are included in this statistic and are under huge amounts of stress. As one of our members is from Puerto Rico, CrossFit Fianna has decided to host a WOD to raise funds. All proceeds will be donated to the Ricky Martin Foundation for Puerto Rico. The WOD will take place on Saturday December 9 and will involve teams of 3 of any gender. If you would like to take part, Contact us through our Facebook page (see link below), and we will let you know what time to come down. https://www.facebook.com/crossfitfianna/ There is a suggested donation of EUR 10 per person (EUR 30 per team) but all donations are welcome. If you are unable to make it to the gym then feel free to complete the WOD at your own box and donate online.
