FREE FREE FREE 3 boxes of Pharmanord Sunshine D Pearls to give away to the first 3 customers. All you need to do is ask for Pharmanord D-Pearls. Vitamin D is the new wonder vitamin with many health benefits. We usually get Vitamin D from the action of sunlight on our skin but in good old Ireland, that means that many of us are deficient. With the latest research showing that supplementing with calcium can increase your risk of heart disease, then Vitamin D supplementation is the most likely solution for preventing and treating osteoporosis. Here are some other benefits of Vitamin D: • Protects against osteoporosis by aiding calcium absorption • Enhances mood and energy • Protects against and suppressing symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS) • Treats skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, and scleroderma • Induces nitric oxide (NO), which helps protect your skin against UV damage • Offers cardiovascular protection • Promotes wound healing • Has some anti-cancer activity • Relieves fibromyalgia pain • Treats neonatal jaundice • Treats Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) • Synchronizing important biorhythms through sunlight entering your eye • Regulating body temperature • Protecting against melanoma

Excess Calcium can be Harmful Calcium & Vitamin D3 supplementation is commonly recommended for women over 50. But studies have found that excess calcium intake may increase cardiovascular risk due to the association between calcium and atherosclerosis, as well as increased risk renal risks for kidney stones. Another recent study has found that calcium supplementation alone more than doubled the risk for serrated sessile adenomas or polyps (SSA/Ps), and when combined with vitamin D, it almost quadrupled the risk. So less is more when it comes to calcium supplementation and calcium from dietary sources is far superior. Increase your intake of yoghurt, sesame seeds and tahini, chickpeas and lentils, almonds, green leafy vegetables and figs. Take a supplement that has less calcium in citrate form, and Vitamin D, Vitamin K, magnesium and boron that will ensure that the calcium is taken up by the bone. Nature's Plus Age Loss Bone Support, Viridian Bone Complex and Biocare Osteoplex are two good supplements. #osteoporosis #calcium rich foods #calcium supplements
