So much information in his article and it all helps to explain the inter connections the fascia makes within our body, it also gives us an insight into how some treatment modalities such as acupuncture, osteopathy, chiropractic, massage(touch) and the little ALF appliance all help to resolve inflammation and set us up to HEAL....great article.
Parents need to become more vigilant with their children's sleep hygiene: take note if your child snores, tosses around the bed a lot, wakes up with nighmares or night terrors, grinds their teeth and if they are slow to wake in the morning, some children may also display aggressive behaviour in the home or in school....all indicators of possible sleep disturbed breathing problems.
