Athboy Boarding Kennels is a family run business in the heart of the beautiful county of Meath. With over twenty five years of experience breeding and caring for our own kennel of show dogs, you can rest assured that your dog will be expertly cared for by us.
Our kennels are state of the art, designed specifically to provide the utmost comfort and safety for your dog. They are fully tiled, heated and insulated.They are kept spotlessly clean and regularly disinfected.
We welcome and encourage visitors to our kennels so that you can be confident about where, and with whom, you will be leaving your dog.

Staying with Athboy Boarding Kennels this summer? Our Quick Tip - Check your dog's vaccination cards at least 1 Week before your holiday. To protect all dogs staying with us, we are very strict on vaccinations. Finding out the morning of your holiday that vaccinations are not up to date will be too late to rectify matters. In addition to your dogs regular vaccinations and booster, we also require that they have an up to date nasal Kennel Cough vaccination. As there is a 7 day lead in time for Kennel Cough, checking early is essential. Lost your card, your vet will be able to supply a copy. Any questions, ring us well in advance so we can help. We want you and your dog to have a great holiday 😎

Looking forward to a beautiful Easter Weekend. Our opening hours are as normal for each day. On Good Friday, we are open 9.30 to 2 and then 6 to 7, and 9.30 to 6 on Easter Sat. Easter Sunday and Monday 9.30 to 12.30. Have a great weekend everyone.
