Saturday Appointments Available. These are limited to one Saturday per month. Lockdown has taught us all many different lessons. It has taught us that we need to kinder to ourselves and to others. It has taught us to look after ourselves both physically and mentally. For a lot of parents it taught us the value of "time out" for ourselves and its importance. It has also taught us to appreciate and value the time we have with our families and friends. For these reasons I have decided to open 1 Saturday per month. I appreciate that in these times clients need therapeutic and holistic services more than ever but I also need to listen to my own needs and spend time with my family too as I also work late Thursday(until 8pm) and Friday evenings (until 7pm).
