Newbarn Farm 5K is on again this Tuesday and Thursday. The start time is 9.30 and there is a free tea or coffee and a sense of post exercise smugness in the Donkey Shed after for all participants. The run is on the gravel path around our Animal Farm, 12 laps will be 5km.
