About TAE (Taekwon-Do Association Europe):
- The TaeKwon-Do Association of Europe is a foundation set up as an independent institute for the development of TaeKwon-Do. All of the T.A.E. Instructors and Coaches are C.R.B. registered.
- TaeKwon-Do is now practiced throughout Europe, based on the principal that each country/school has his or her own identity and organization. The T.A.E. is a platform based on traditional TaeKwon-Do with 24 patterns, set sparring, meditation, weapons forms and Self-defense techniques.

We now have a number of Clubs Operating:
- Cobh Martial Arts Academy - Mr Jim Walsh,
- Cloyne Martial Arts Academy - Mr Alan O'Shea,
- Ballymacoda Martial Arts Academy - Mr. Adrian Dempsey.

Gradings:
- Gradings are held for White Belts -> up to and including Blue Belts - EVERY Three (3) Months.
- Gradings are held for Blue Belts -> up to Black Tip - EVERY Six (6) Months.

- Gradings are held for Black Belts - Once (1) a Year !!!

The Annual Association Seminar:
- For ALL 3 Clubs (Over 8 Year Olds UNLESS accompanied by Parent/Guardian) will take place in September in Mount Melleray in Co. Waterford (Date will be confirmed closer to date). This is held over a Weekend (2 Days and Nights).

All Training Equipment can be bought in the Club !!!
- The Dobuk is Required after the 2nd Grading (Yellow Belt).
- A Full Set of Sparring Gear is Required after the 4th Grading (Green Belt). This includes: a Helmet, Hand Pads, Foot Pads, Groin Guards and Shin Guards.

Membership and Insurance:
- Is to be paid Each Year by the start of March. Please contact Mrs Aileen Walsh for more information. We have deals for +2 family members or more.

We have many Club Events throughout the Year that we intend to continue with this year. Please try to make an effort in supporting these events. Support and Ideas for fundraising is always welcome.
- Christmas & Halloween Party/Disco,
- End of Year Club Fun Competition,
- Martial Arts Academy League,
- St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Student of the Year is given out EACH YEAR just after Christmas:
- Senior Student of the Year,
- Junior Student of the Year,
- Tiny Tigers Student of the Year.
