The Hanwoo Beef is without doubt one of the finest looking piece of meat I have ever encountered. One could always argue it lacks the marbling of the Japanese Kobe but when we are talking in the context of a perfect roasting candidate, you would do well with one with a more balanced meat. The taste and flavour is distinctive and the texture is as advertised but personally with pricing twice as expensive as the US similar cut Prime Grade Ribeye, my choice is obvious.
