Description
CrossFit is a combination of tried and true training methods which replicate how your body works in real life under physical demands. It is scalable to fit the needs of all levels of fitness: from warriors to grandmothers.
At CrossFit Stuttgart, your “Workout of the Day” (we call them WODs) will vary from quick to long, heavy to light, and everything in between. Each is designed to exercise different aspects of your body and mind. We will teach and practice gymnastics movements, Olympic Weightlifting, power lifting, strongman lifting, kettlebells, and endurance events such as running and rowing.
For each WOD, you will be coached in small groups and perform the training together with your friends in the CrossFit Stuttgart community. You will push yourself and grow like you’ve never thought possible. This group dynamic is so effective in fostering the high intensity that is vital to allowing you to consistently make progress towards your fitness goals.
