#scanclimber #finland #job #productmanager #platform We are now seeking a flexible and communicative Product Manager Trainee For Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP) To be trained to become Product Manager for Scanclimber’s MCWP product line. You will be stationed at our head office in Pirkkala. In this role you participate hands-on in our “Mast Climber user manual” -project and at the same time prepare yourself to our MCWP Product Manager duties. In the first 6-12 months you are also participating in several installation and MCWP maintenance activities During the first year of orientation/training period your main project will be re-authoring our MCWP user manual. This project could be also your thesis work. At the same time you will learn to plan and lead all sales support and technical aspects for the full range of our MCWP products. In Scanclimber MCWP Product Manager role you’ll be responsible for product data management in our PDM and communication between production, R&D and sales. This communication means for example sales tools: web, brochures, product literature, price lists, product trainings. You will also have an important role in supporting our sales in product questions. Based on customer and sales requests you will produce layout drawings of hoist projects. You will soon have bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical or construction engineering, or similar. You have good practice in one of the mechanical CAD SW. It could be Vertex, AutoCAD, and Varicad…. You may have some experience in international operations, preferably in manufacturing industry. You are competent with modern it-tools. You have excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Finnish. Other language skills are considered to be a benefit. You are analytical and you have good writing, communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills. The position requires some travel.
