Everyone, including myself can make better choices and live a better life. I can help! I have over five years of fitness related experience. Health and fitness are a passion of mine that I take very seriously. I became a certified personal trainer so that I could share this passion with others. I was once overweight and unhealthy myself, so I understand the personal struggles of my clients. I am here to help you and motivate you with meeting and exceeding your personal goals, providing as much knowledge and support as possible. It is my desire for each one of my clients to achieve outstanding feelings of pride, strength, renewed energy and self-confidence through living a healthy lifestyle.
