💦 n Prove It : Half Marathon 🏃🏿♂️ 13.1 Miles⏱ 2 hours 22 minutes 52 seconds thats a personal best for me in Baumholder Germany 🇩🇪 🎊🎉 I’m getting faster😉. As I was running this morning a flock of geese’s flew over head making all that noise. I remember that wasn’t noise but it was encouragement to the geese that was in front breaking the wind making it easy for the rest of the flock. I tell you they encouraged me I felt the energy may me run a little faster.😊 This Holiday season and every season find someone to encourage because you never know what wind their breaking and who’s depending on them.~William R.
